Aussie DJ Adam Sky Died in Bali Trying to Save Friend

Adam Neat was found dead at his luxury hotel in a pool of his own blood by Bali police on the 4th of May. According to 9 News he died trying to rescue his friend.

Allegedly he rushed to rescue his friend and employee, Zoia Lukiantceva, who fell four metres from their private hotel room pool area and broke her leg.

Adam Neat ran to her aid not seeing a closed sliding glass door which he smashed through and ended up fatally wounding himself before bleeding to death.

Bali law enforcement do believe that Mr. Neat was intoxicated.

Adam’s publicist took to Facebook with the following message:

“It is with great regret that we can confirm Adam Neat was involved in a fatal accident while trying to help a friend who had suffered multiple fractures in Bali on Saturday 4th May 2019,” the statement read. Relatives and friends of Adam are travelling to Bali today and handling all arrangements. We ask you to respect the families privacy at this moment while we all come to terms with our tragic loss.”

Garry Neat, Adam’s father and former journalist of ABC, will head to Bali later this evening to retrieve his sons body so that he may be buried in Australia.
