EA Access is finally available on the PlayStation 4, but is it worth it? We take a look at what this premium game service has to offer.

The premium game service first launched on the Xbox One in August 2014, and almost five years later EA Access is finally available on the PlayStation 4. Should we be excited? Let’s take a look at how much this premium service costs and what is included.

EA Access is available on PlayStation 4!

As it rolls out across the world, players can start signing up for a monthly or annual subscription and enjoy all the benefits of EA Access on the PlayStation 4 console. Additionally, like the Xbox Game Pass, EA Access gives you immediate and unlimited access to a huge catalogue of great EA games. You are guaranteed to find a game that is right up your alley in EA Access’s Vault. You also get a 10% discount of your EA purchases, and you can even try some games before you buy them with EA trials.

How much does EA Access cost in Australia?

EA Access membership costs AU$6.99 if you pay monthly, but you can save more than 50% if you sign up for an annual membership, then it will only cost your AU$39.99 for the whole year (which is only AU$3.33 per month). So, yes, EA Access is definitely worth it and you can sign up here.

Titanfall 2 is one of the biggest sleeper hits to come to the PlayStation 4. From the development team that brought us Modern Warfare comes one of the most exciting first-person shooters of our era. If you thought you couldn’t fall in love with a mech, you were wrong – Titanfall 2 is not only an epic online shooter, it also has a heartfelt campaign mode.

Battlefield V + Entire Series

Battlefield Bad Company available with EA Access | Sausage Roll

It is pretty awesome that Battlefield V is available in The Vault, but what is even better is that rest of the Battlefield games are also available; this includes one of the greatest shooters of all time, Battlefield: Bad Company (Ah, sadly it is not available on the PS4… yet)!

Dragon Age: Inquisition + Entire Series

Dragon Age Inquisition, The Vault | Sausage Roll

The original Dragon Age game was amazing. A game where your choices truly matter is hard to find, but this kind of depth you will find in most Dragon Age games. The Dragon Age series will provide you with hundreds of hours of gameplay, which alone is worth the $6.99 a month.
