Greta Thunberg reportedly wants to leave politics to pursue acting career

The 17-year-old climate change activist reportedly realised her dream of being an actress during her visit to the United States, will leave politics at the end of 2020.

Did you know?

In many regards Greta Thunberg is now more famous than a lot of the actors and actresses she allegedly aspires to be like, but, unfortunately, with her fame comes little fortune and a heck of a lot of stress.

It’s not easy being 17 and the figure head of a global political movement. Not everybody agrees with her message, and many have been vocal about it.

Ever since Greta Thunberg gave her popular “how dare you” speech at the UN Climate Change Action Summit, the poor girl has been under a lot of fire. She understands that she will be scrutinised for the role she plays but it is proving to be a bit too much for the aspiring actress.

Public speaking has prepared her for acting

Before Greta Thunberg become the anointed one for the cause of climate change she was an ordinary school girl with big dreams, but despite not really having any prior experience in film and television, she believes that after speaking at several world summits she is now prepared for the big screen.

Greta Thunberg pursues acting career. Leaves politics.

“I think she definitely has what it takes to make it in Hollywood,” a Hollywood insider told us. “Greta was most intrigued with DiCaprio’s lifestyle and wondered if it is something she could pursue. It’s really about who you know, not what you know, and Greta has already made some big friends in Hollywood.”

However, there a chance Greta’s comments about acting were nothing more than flattery. “She could just have made those comments about acting to be nice, or just been overwhelmed and considered a career in acting in that moment… either way, she no knows that the door is always open for her if she does choose a career in acting.”

Come what may, Thunberg will be taking a break in 2021

Greta Thunberg will, reportedly, take a break from politics at the end of 2020. She is still young and has her whole life ahead of her and therefore may just be looking into other career paths in case she ever gets bored of politics. But what options are available to someone with such world renown like Thunberg?

Hollywood would welcome her with open arms. Many celebrities have turned into political and climate change activists and use their fame to promote their agenda. Greta Thunberg, in this instance, would fit right in.
