Kobe Bryant dead in helicopter crash, survived by wife and daughters

The 41-year-old American basketball legend has died. The tragic helicopter crash took the life of all passenger on board.

TMZ has confirmed that Kobe Bryant died in a helicopter crash in Calabasas Sunday morning. Three others also dead.

The retired Los Angeles Lakers player was travelling with at least 3 others in his private helicopter when it tragically crashed. The emergency services responded swiftly, but tragically no one on board the helicopter survived. 5 people, including Kobe Bryant, are confirmed dead. TMZ were told Vanessa Laine Bryant, Kobe’s wife, was not among those on board.

Before Kobe Bryant died, he played his entire 20-year career with the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association. He entered the NBA directly from high school and won five NBA championships.

The cause of the accident is currently being investigated by the authorities.
