If found guilty, Amber Heard could serve up to 3 years in a federal prison for submitting fake evidence against Johnny Depp in domestic abuse case.

It hasn’t been a good year for the Texas born Aquaman actress. Judges have rejected her appeal to throw out the USD$50 million defamation lawsuit against her and she’s allegedly been blacklisted by several Hollywood studios until the final verdict.

What’s even worse for Amber Heard is that, if pursued, she could face up to 3 years in prison for faking injuries in her domestic abuse case against ex-husband Johnny Depp.

Warner Brothers have reportedly distanced themselves from Amber Heard due to the blowout of the abuse allegations she made against the Pirates of The Caribbean actor Johnny Depp after they were mostly proven to be false.

Depp has filed a counter-suit against Amber Heard which is 5 times her reported net worth and it seems as though she is desperate to get dirt on her ex-husband in an attempt for him to settle, or throw out, his defamation case.

Amber Heard meltdown after audio leaks

Amber Heard has meltdown after negative Johnny Depp press: fake black eyes and leaked audio tapes.

She hired a Private Investigator who has failed to dig up any dirt on the 56-year-old actor, and her appeal to have the case dismissed has officially been rejected. That means that Johnny Depp has sufficient evidence against Amber Heard and the judges will most likely rule in his favour.

A source close to Johnny Depp revealed to us that he has no intentions of settling the defamation case and is chasing the full USD$50 million from Amber Heard.

“Johnny and his children have suffered tremendously through this ordeal and that USD$50 million barely covers half of his legal costs, let alone for all the damages in the past 4 years.”

A legal adviser told us that Amber Heard could be charged with submitting falsified evidence in her abuse case against Johnny Depp.

Amber Heard fake injuries, black eyes, bruises

Amber Heard allegedly has fake black eyes, cuts and bruises in above picture.

Amber Heard claimed that Johnny Depp beat her and left her with two black eyes, however, Johnny Depp alleges to have evidence proving that those injuries were fake.

In 2019 Amber Heard’s personal stylist, Samantha McMillen, went on record stating that she believes that her black eyes were fake.

McMillen said: “On December 16, 2015, I spent much of the day and evening with Amber Heard, preparing her to appear on the James Corden show. I saw her throughout the day of December 16, 2015, in good light, at close range, wearing no makeup. Throughout the day of December 16, 2015, I could see clearly that Amber Heard did not have any visible marks, bruises, cuts, or injuries to her face or any other part of her body. She appeared as a guest on the James Corden show that day.”

In the state of California fake injuries can be considered falsified evidence and California law does not look favourably upon any person who prepares or offers false evidence in any court proceeding. According to the Wallin & Klarich Law Firm, a person who is found to have done either act, whether the proceeding is a criminal trial or a civil trial, can be convicted of a felony under California Penal Code sections 132 or 134.

The maximum sentence for submitting false evidence is 3 years in a federal prison. However, it is unlikely that, even if this charge is pursued, Heard will face any prison time.

This is not the first time she has submitted falsified documents or has been faced with jail time. In 2016 Heard plead guilty for supplying falsified documents when she smuggled her two dogs into Australia.

The false documents charge carries a maximum penalty of a year in peison and a fine over AUD$10,000 ($7,650), but Magistrate Bernadette Callaghan sentenced Heard instead to a one-month good behaviour bond. Maintaining she paid a AU$1,000 fine if she commits any offences in Australia over the next month.

Jeremy Kirk, her attorney at the time, told the court that his client never meant to lie on her incoming passenger card by failing to declare she had animals with her. In truth, Kirk said, she was simply jetlagged and assumed her assistants had sorted out the paperwork.

“She has made a tired, terrible mistake,” Kirk said.

Do you think Amber Heard should go to prison for 3 years for faking her injuries and defaming Johnny Depp or is his vindication and the USD$50 million defamation lawsuit justice served? Let us know in the comments below.
